Will is the Executive Vice President and Founder of Stellar Wind Development, LLC, an Indianapolis based Professional Computer and Electrical Engineering Consultancy focusing on technology development and Intellectual Property formation. In addition to being a Registered Professional Engineer in Indiana and a Senior Member of the IEEE, he is also a Co-Chair of the Central Indiana Engineering Consultants' Network - an affiliate of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers(IEEE) and a member of the Alliance of IEEE Consultants' Netoworks(AICN).

Will is a highly skilled and experienced project engineer with expertise in many facets of Computer Engineering and Engineering Life-Cycle Management. Will has a wide variety of skills including project estimation, planning, development and quality and is experienced with software and hardware design, embedded application, enterprise application, countless modern programming languages, Unix/Linux/OS X administration, networks, and security.

Will has worked in every level of a project team, and has been responsible for the management and success of large multi-year development projects. In addition to participation in every phase of the Computer Hardware and Software development life cycle, Will has leadership and technical responsibility in over 10 successful product (and product line) deployments during his year career.

Will has spent most of his career leading project teams of varying sizes with consistently impressive results. Examples of his leadership include 7 years at the Naval Air Warfare Center in Indianapolis as a software project manager responsible for the design and integration of over 1.3 million lines of code from over six organizations for the AN/SQS-53D Sonar. His work on that project earned him and his team consistent awards and recognitions including the prestigious Nation Performance Review ?Heroes of Reinvention, Hammer Award? from the Vice President of the United States which he personally received from the Joint Chiefs on behalf of the team. Other recognitions included Naval Sea Command Letters of Commendation, and Naval Air Command?s Hockey Puck Award. He was also responsible for significant successes at Escient Inc. on the TuneBase 100 project, and at Escient Inc. for the Eureka and Encore product lines. He earned a Master?s degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, and has several years of academic and research experience as a result.
