Jay has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration (Management) from Indiana University. He has also taken classes in the Ball State CICS program.  Professionally Jay has over 18 years of engineering and management experience in telecommunications network development and management with SBC Communications. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Indiana (Electrical Engineering). Jay is also an active member of a variety of civic, arts and charitable organizations in the greater Indianapolis area.
