SPONSORSHIP INFORMATIONThe Indy Robot Racing Team is making huge advances in technology in our quest to build the world?s first fully autonomous vehicle?a vehicle capable of maneuvering 175-miles in the Mojave Desert without human or remote control. The winner of the 2005 DARPA Grand Challenge will win $2 million and assume bragging rights as the proverbial leader in autonomous vehicle technology.
The "real prize," however, is bringing advanced technology businesses to Indiana in an effort to provide job opportunities now and for our children and grandchildren.
